Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles
Simple, easy, healthy, and DELICIOUS! Just requires 5 ingredients and a few hours to freeze. The perfect summer treat.

Ingredients
  • 2cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2tbsp raw honey
  • 1scoop Garden of Life Collagen
  • 2/3cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender
  2. Pour into popsicle mold (linked mine in blog) and make sure all popsicles are filled to the same level. for any excess, scrape off so that the bottom of your popsicle will be straight and free of mess! Then stick popsicles sticks in. My mixture made about 7.5 popsicles but this is size-dependent based on your molds!
  3. Leave in freezer for 4-6 hours. I left mine overnight so they were ready go for the next day!
  4. Let sit out for about 5-10 minutes for a quick defrost before pulling out of mold. Eat and enjoy!
