My go-to morning matcha recipe! Recipe makes 12 to 16 oz beverage, depending on preference.

Ingredients
  • 1tsp matcha powder
  • 8-10oz hot water
  • 4-6oz nut milkI prefer almond or coconut!
  • 1-2 pitted medjool dates
  • dash cinnamon+ nutmeg for more spice!
  • 1scoop collagenI use Garden of Life
  • 1tsp maca powder
  • 1 ashwaganda(optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender while heating hot water on stove in kettle
  2. Blend in blender (on heat setting if available) for 3 minutes
  3. Pour and enjoy!
