Ingredients
  • 3cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2-3/4cup chopped California Prunes
  • 2tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1tbsp chia seed
  • 1tbsp hemp seed
  • 1/4cup raw almods
  • 1/4cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4cup coconut chipsI mixed chips with flakes!
  • 2tbsp virgin coconut oilmicrowaved for 1 minute on medium level power
  • 1/4cup honeycould sub for maple, but i prefer honey
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 300. Spray baking sheet with coconut oil spray
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Melt coconut oil in microwave for 1 minute on medium power
  4. Add the hot coconut water and 1/4 cup honey to the mixcture and stir
  5. Using a spatula, flatten on the baking sheet so it’s evenly distributed
  6. Bake for 20 minutes on 300, mixing halfway to ensure it browns all over
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before enjoying
  8. Store in a mason jar. Best consumed within 1 week!
