Green Dream Smoothie
My go-to breakfast smoothie this summer!
Ingredients

frozen banana

mejoodol dates (pitted)

avocado
handful
fresh or frozen spinach

stalks
celery, or handful cucumber

fresh then frozen mint leaves

cup
frozen cauliflower
OPTIONAL FOR THICKNESS
1
scoop
Tone It Up chocolate protein
dash
cinnamon
1
tsp
spirulina
1
tsp
barley grass powder
1
tbsp
cacao nibs
1
tsbp
flax seed
1 or more
cup
almond milk or coconut water
optional scoop of aloe vera

Blend all in blender until desired consistency is achieved!
