Green Dream Smoothie
My go-to breakfast smoothie this summer!
Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 mejoodol dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 avocado
  • handful fresh or frozen spinach
  • 2 stalks celery, or handful cucumber
  • 3 fresh then frozen mint leaves
  • 1cup frozen cauliflowerOPTIONAL FOR THICKNESS
  • 1 scoop Tone It Up chocolate protein
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1tsp spirulina
  • 1tsp barley grass powder
  • 1tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1tsbp flax seed
  • 1 or morecup almond milk or coconut water
  • optional scoop of aloe vera
Instructions
  1. Blend all in blender until desired consistency is achieved!
