Go-to Everyday Green Smoothie
My favorite breakfast smoothie – equally complete with protein, greens, and fruit!

Ingredients
  • 1cup unsweetened almond or nut milkcan also do coconut water, or half of each!
  • 1cup frozen spinach or kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 or 2 mejoodol dates (pitted)
  • 2scoops Garden of Life Chocolate Collagen protein powderor Garden of Life Raw Protein and Greens
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1tsp spirulina
  • 1tsp barley grass powderoptional
  • 4 cucumber slicesfresh or frozen works
  • optional handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients on high in blender until desired consistency is acquired.
  2. Top with favorite toppings! I’ve been loving goji berries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs
Recipe Notes

Alter recipe as desired. For example, feel free to add almond milk to desired thickness – or do half almond milk, half coconut water (I do this often!). I also sometimes add aloe by cutting the end of the plant and scoop about 1 inch of the liquid. This is super good for helping to detoxify and improve digestion with little to no taste.
