If you know me, you know I could easily live on smoothies. Breakfast is hands down my favorite meal of the day and they are one of my FAVORITE things to make and enjoy after an AM sweat sesh. I was making my usual, post-workout smoothie the other day when I realized my current favorite didn’t have a permanent place on my site. Well, fixing that immediately and so excited to share this with you all!
The recipe below links out my entire recipe including the superfoods, but know you can simplify and alter however you’d like. I know I have a tendency to make smoothies overly complex…I am so that person ;). My pro-tip is to buy pre-frozen greens, and chop and freeze bananas as soon as they ripe. This helps make it so much creamier and thicker.
With that said, this is SO tasty, satisfying, full of greens, superfoods and packed with protein! Swap for the Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein and Greens if you want to make it vegan (no collagen)! Hope you love it.

- Blend all ingredients on high in blender until desired consistency is acquired.
- Top with favorite toppings! I've been loving goji berries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs
Alter recipe as desired. For example, feel free to add almond milk to desired thickness - or do half almond milk, half coconut water (I do this often!). I also sometimes add aloe by cutting the end of the plant and scoop about 1 inch of the liquid. This is super good for helping to detoxify and improve digestion with little to no taste.
