Ingredients
  • 1cup cold brew coffee or espresso
  • 1cup unsweetened almond milkplain or vanilla both work
  • 1cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1-2 mejoodol dates (pitted)determined based on your desire for sweetness
  • 1dash ceylon cinnamon
  • 1scoop Tone It Up nutrition vanilla protein
  • 1scoop collagenoptional
  • 2tbsp almond butter
  • 1tsp maca powder
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch pink salt or sea salt
  • iceoptional for cold!
Instructions
  1. Whip all together in a blender and top to your liking! I love topping with GF or paleo oats, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs.
Recipe Notes

Can opt out of frozen cauliflower and choose frozen avocado, zucchini, or even banana if you prefer sweetness. You can also add spinach or a green powder (like spirulina or moringa) for added greens that will not affect the taste.
