Just so it lives on forever, I felt like I HAD to publish my go-to favorite breakfast on my blog. It’s been at least six months on repeat that I’ve had this coffee smoothie 2-3 times a week. It is SO good and I just love sharing it with you all.
Coffee smoothies are my perfect solution to satisfying hunger while fueling energy. It’s the perfect recipe for the morning, providing the right amount of protein and fat – with very little natural sweetener – to keep you and your stomach happy.
You can also add spinach or a green powder (like spirulina or moringa) for added greens that will not affect the taste. My suggestion? Make a large portion to share with a friend with plenty of topping options available ;). My favorites are coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp seeds and gluten-free granola (One Degree Organics and Kitchfix brands are the best).
Hope you love! xo

- Whip all together in a blender and top to your liking! I love topping with GF or paleo oats, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs.
Can opt out of frozen cauliflower and choose frozen avocado, zucchini, or even banana if you prefer sweetness. You can also add spinach or a green powder (like spirulina or moringa) for added greens that will not affect the taste.
This recipe is vegan, gluten-free and dairy free.
