Cauliflower Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/2cup cauliflower rice
  • 1-1.5cup almond and/or coconut milk
  • 3tbsp flax ssed/meal
  • optional 1scoop plant based proteinI use TIU cinnamon roll
  • 1tbsp raw cacao powder
  • dash cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1-2 dates, chopped and mixed in
  • 1/2 apple, chopped, mixed in and on top
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • optional maca powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, nuts
Instructions
  1. Spray pan with coconut oil spray
  2. Add in milk cauliflower rice and flaxseed
  3. Add protein powder and all other dry ingredients
  4. Turn stovetop to medium heat and cover with lid for 15 minutes, stirring continuously until oats are completely soft and the consistency is thick and creamy.
  5. For the last 5 minutes, mix in apple slices
  6. Once done, top with more apple slices and any other toppings to your liking!
