Summer is (still) here…and I’m hanging onto it! In the summer, I honestly crave smoothies all day long, which means I’ve tested out a few new combinations. I found some frozen coconut packets at the grocery store and was inspired to make a tropical smoothie and viola! It turned out SOO good, so creamy, so refreshing, and I even put it in these coconut bowls to make it extra festive and fun.
The trick to a good smoothie in my opinion is to make sure its THICCC and creamy. Feel free to modify the recipe below and add more liquid if you prefer to drink it in a cup. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Silk Unsweet Almondmilk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen coconut packet
- 1/2 lime, juice
- 2 scoops collagen or vanilla protein I use Garden of Life!
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender
- Pour into bowl, smooth out, then top with any toppings of choice! Enjoy
