As many of you know, since September, I’ve been working on a Self-Care ebook/guide called Self-Care Society. It’s 100 pages, five-weeks long, and is ultimately aimed to help you redefine the art of self-care. Self-Care doesn’t have to take long or cost a lot of money to greatly impact other areas of your life. This book will be a tool for you to work through all different forms of Self-Care, such as: Mindfulness, Environment, Connection, Release, and Self-Love. When Self-Care Society was born, I immediately pictured how life would look when it was time to launch. I expected to feel really happy, stress-free and excited while watching the community come together on my planned launch date of 3/18.
Flash forward a few months to the present day, and our world is unfortunately in a much different state with the COVID-19. It’s safe to say none of us anticipated a global pandemic happening. What matters most is being safe and doing our part to protect others and ourselves. It’s completely normal to feel scared, anxious and overwhelmed about all of the uncertainties right now. While I truly want to help everyone soak up all of the self-care that we truly need at the moment, the launch just didn’t feel right. My emotions were all over the place until a conversation with a friend (thank you, Paige) sparked an idea. Separate from Self-Care Society, but with a similar structure and more specific purpose, I decided to create a different, free version of the guide to get us through what’s happening right now.
While we can’t control what’s going on around us, we have the power to control what’s happening within us. This guide is separate from social media. This is a personal place to reflect each day and express gratitude to help overcome your feelings of fear and anxiety. I’ve also created a few Instagram templates that I placed below for you to share if you would like to connect with others virtually and keep your mind busy with a fun activity.
Print this out or use it on your phone, laptop or tablet. Let this be an escape from all of the other noise and a moment to take time for YOU. Disconnect to reconnect. Downoad it and fill it out as many times as you would like. I’m here for you, and this is here to be an outlet for you. To help you silence negativity and check-in with positive vibes.

This too shall pass. I love you and wish you all of the safety and health right now!
